Here are some pictures from Mothers Day. We went to the cemetary to visit Mom's Grave. We took some flowers and hung out for a while.
It was windy but warm and quiet. Kevin made a Paper flower. Kami made a jar of bath beads at preschool. She wanted me to mail them to heaven, but then we decided mom would like it if Kami left it at the cemetary. When it was time to go she was afraid it would blow away so we decided mom would really like it if Kami took a bath with the bath beads, since as Kami put it, ''mom just loves watching me''.
People have been kind with words and thoughts, gifts and notes. We are thankful for this. It wasn't a real easy day but it was a good day. We had dinner at Gretchen and Jer's. It's good to be around family.
I know MaryAnn is pleased with the kids, they miss her and are sad she is gone, but they also are full of life and mostly happy. We talk about her all the time and that is good. I'm amazed at how clear their memories of her are.

I miss her, I love her, I wish she were here
